Key Lime Pie Pops

Perfect for a summertime treat!

7 key limes, juiced
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 cups yogurt
6 oz gluten free graham crackers
.
Combine lime juice, sugar, and yogurt in a high speed blender until smooth. Add in graham crackers and pulse until coarse but chunky. Pour into popsicle molds and feeeze for 20 minutes. Insert popsicle stick 3/4 way in and freeze until form. Yum!
