This morning I caught a news story on BBC Breakfast, in fact it's been all over the headlines today, that made me stop dead in my tracks.

The number of men receiving outpatient treatment for an eating disorder in England has grown TWICE AS FAST as women in the last three years, according to their investigation.
.
You may be surprised to learn that I have my own experience with an eating disorder which I suffered from in my teens. It's not something I've shared much about before but I'd like to talk about it tonight, because by sharing our own experience and how we overcame difficult times we can hopefully inspire positive change.
.
According to research, many men feel unable to share because they feel it is a 'female' problem and they can't talk about it. I'd really like to change that perception and help overcome that embarrassment. Hope you can join me at 8pm on Facebook (@fitterfood) .

Perform each round back to back, rest very briefly then move onto the next round. You work up the pyramid then back down

Round 1: 5 burpees, 10 push ups and 15 squats
......
Round 2: 10 burpees, 15 push ups and 20 squats
......
Round 3: 15 burpees, 20 push ups, 25 squats
......
Round 4: 10 burpees, 15 push ups and 20 squats
......
Round 5: 5 burpees, 10 push ups and 15 squats
......
Replace the burees for sprawls as a regression and feel free to perform the push ups with knees on the floor if need be

Another early morning boxing session nailed at @kentgloves with my awesome coach @srgildea which including some sparring, bag work and a cracking circuit to finish. I also had the pleasure of meeting this fella. Steve is 68 years young and is a true inspiration. He didn't stop once during the circuit and I just hope i'm half as fit as he is when i'm his age.
