Perform the exercises back to back. You have 3 minutes to complete all the exercises, whatever is left of the 3 minutes is your rest, go for 4 sets. If you can't complete in 3 minutes no drama just reduce the reps of each to 8 and build up.
2️⃣Goblet squats 10
3️⃣Dead cleans right 10
4️⃣Single arm thruster right 10
5️⃣Dead clean left 10
6️⃣Single arm thruster left 10
