Inadvertently I put multiple spiderman-type movements for this week. My bad (lies). Here’s another one we’ve done in various forms — with gliders and like this. I think I’ve also called these Spider-Man crawls, but we’re gonna call it gator crawls just so you don’t get upset I gave you more spiderman sh!t. 😘.

1. Start in a plank. Be aware, you will need some space in front of you.
2. Movs your left hand forward as you also move your right forward. (you will be moving opposite hand and knee at the same time). 3. Lower into a push-up.
4. Press up and then move the right hand forward as you move the left leg forward.
5. Continue
