People ask what my secret is… It is actually pretty simple and straight forward: I DON’T CHEAT MYSELF. Everyone has those last reps where your body is so fatigued that you just want to stop. These are the ones that if you quit a few reps early, no one but YOU would know. But who are you tricking other than yourself? Don’t cut yourself short and let these negative thoughts of fatigue and tiredness win! You are #STRONG. Keep #grinding when others have quit.
