Actually, that’s not true either… 🙄 BUT it is autumn, and that means Pumpkin Spice Latte’s are back in action! (Woo!)
🎃 If you’re anything like me, then you’ll probably order at least one pumpkin spice latte this fall. And if that’s the case, I want to help you save $0.70 (and 220 calories if you’re looking to drop a few pounds before winter) every time you do decide to order one!
☕️ Instead of ordering a grande (or venti) like a normal person might, be a rebel and make the decision to order a tall. This way, you’ll still be able to enjoy a full 12 ounces of the delicious pumpkin spice, but you’ll also keep your calories better in check.
🥛 Additionally, instead of ordering whole milk, you might choose opt for non-fat milk instead (which I like to do sometimes; or all the time).
🍦 And instead of asking for whipped cream, just say, “no thanks mister barista, no whip for me; I’m working on this sexy bod of mine!”
⭐️ And with all of that, you’ll save yourself almost one whole dollar and some calories that you can save for your later meals. Win-win if you ask me!
🙉 Or, you could order whatever the heck you want to order from Starbucks and not worry about any of this “calorie” nonsense… but if that’s the case, don’t get mad at me when your tummy is a little bit bigger than you’d like it to be and swimsuit season is right around the corner!!
