I get it, at-home workouts aren't for everyone. In fact, I never thought I'd be one to do any type of workout program at home. Until I realized I was making no progress with my current routine! We had taken our little one on a cruise for her first birthday and when we got back, I was so excited about all the pictures we had taken! But as I scrolled through each picture, I couldn't help but feel discouraged that I had been spending hours in the gym to look and feel the way I did. I felt exhausted, run down and had absolutely no motivation which ultimately was the main reason I decided to make a change!
In late September, I decided to try this whole "30 minutes a day" thing. Seriously, I thought it was an absolute joke. I thought - how is that even possible? But after 21 days, I was officially hooked. The workouts were fun and challenging, I was getting all the nutrients I needed in my daily dose of superfoods, I had a group of women doing this with me and I was getting RESULTS! So, I've kept with it and haven't looked back! Don't get me wrong, not all days are prefect, but that's what this lifestyle is all about - balance and happiness!
