One of my favorite sayings, from one of the greatest of all time ... and has soooo much more meaning than what is simply said. Read it, read it again..and reeeally think about it. To me, hes not only talking about his physique...but everything it took to achieve that physique. Not only in the gym and kitchen, but every facet of your life!! You can not achieve a great physique without applying that disciple, dedication and hunger to your everyday life...at least from my experience.

So sad to be finishing up my weight training class next week BUT I am so hype about how far I’ve come!! 1st video squats!! 6 reps of 100 lbs (did 4 sets total today) and 2nd video from Monday’s class deadlifts 6 reps of 125 lbs (4 sets total)!! I haven’t been proud of something I’ve done in a long time and I know I have a long ways to go to reach my goals! Sometimes when I’m crunched for time i say ok i have an Hour what am i going to do in that small hour? It would be easy to say nothing so don’t waste your time but believe it or not even an hour can make a difference. I mean not everyone can be in the gym 3-4 hr @beautifulbamagirl @krissyisblessed @echo6ix_fit4duty but remember make the time. I can recall countless times I’ve said “ i can give 2hr her and an hour there”. Working out is a commitment to yourself. You have to be honest with your goals and yourself as to what you can really do. The effort is everything. Happy leg day or whatever day. •

Over the course of today, I’ve done 45 push ups, 140 squats and 210 crunches. Im doing them in increments and so far, it feels great! Gives me energy to keep concentrated on work and makes my body feel nice and awake. 💁🏼‍♀️

Va una receta diferente, de muffins altos en prote y grasas, bajos en carbos.
-20 almendras, 10 nueces, 2 cdas de linaza, 1 medida de Whey protein, 3 claras, stevia, polvo de hornear. 🥧
Primero procesé los secos, luego agregué las claras y stevia y volví a procesar. Horneé por 20 min aprox a 180 grados.
Rinde para 2 muffins grandes (del tamaño de la palma) o 5 chicos aprox.
Quedan crocantes por fuera, bien húmedos y super esponjosos!🤩🧡

• Strength training required – no sales experience needed
• Must be able to accommodate all physical conditions and adapt exercises in real time

Personally I feel the best time to workout is first thing in the morning when the sun is rising and you see how beautiful things really are. We live such hectic lives that often people complain about their ‘routine’ lifestyle. How often do you
complete a workout outside? Or how often do you vary things up?To break a routine to experience new opportunities you have to take the first step. You may think this is very easy, but for some it’s difficult because it’s change - as humans naturally we don’t change.
