Post Comp Reverse Diet Talk!

So I spent the last 16 weeks in prep for my comp, Training was increasing and calories decreasing every couple of weeks. I depleted during peak week and dehydrated to look my best on stage!
.
But now what? Can I go back to a full diet and less training?
.
Well I could but I would blow up and my hormones will go crazy 😱 To look after my body AND hormones I am following my 6 week Reverse Plan from my coach @krosepeacock. Calories will slowly increase and cardio sessions will slowly decrease. In a nutshell it’s similar to dieting during prep! Just in reverse. So I will still be eating very similar meals to what I was having. Here is the basics of what we’re doing:

🥜Slight weekly increase in fats
🍠Pre workout carbs slowly increase
🍚Post workout carbs added from week 2
🍕Free Meal x1 per week
.
Now I am also slowly introducing foods I haven’t had in a while, so long as they still fit my original macros for the day! This gives me a little more flexibility and interest into my food again 😍 like making protein smoothies or healthy salads! 🥗🥤

Girls reverse plans are super important for your body to get back on track the right way post comp! This is my first and I’m prepared for it to be as challenging as prep itself!!

No, seriously. I need Twilight Zone on disc ASAP. I need to visit my comfort zone especially with the rain. I'm at so much peace during these times.

Awesome leg day workout for you! Each video shows which two exercises you perform as a superset.
1️⃣Banded side steps 30 each side, squat to calf raise 15 (3 sets of this superset)
2️⃣ Squat pauses 4x6 sec hold, squat hops 15 (4 sets of this superset)
3️⃣ Elevated RDL 12, split squat 10 each side (4 sets of this superset)
4️⃣ Banded hamstring curls with 2 second hold 15, goblet squat with narrow stance and heels on a plate 15 (3 sets of this superset) .

One thing to remember is that a superset is two exercises performed back to back and you want to keep the rest in between to a minimum. .

Went grocery shopping for my usual meal prep and just really didn’t have a taste for meat! 🤷🏽‍♀️ There’s only so many seasonings and marinades to cook a chicken in and ground turkey has just been blah! So I opted to try my hand at a power grain bowl with a Greek yogurt tzatziki sauce! It did not disappoint! 😋 I think it’s vegan too minus the Greek yogurt sauce but don’t quote me on that!
