1️⃣Banded side steps 30 each side, squat to calf raise 15 (3 sets of this superset)
2️⃣ Squat pauses 4x6 sec hold, squat hops 15 (4 sets of this superset)
3️⃣ Elevated RDL 12, split squat 10 each side (4 sets of this superset)
4️⃣ Banded hamstring curls with 2 second hold 15, goblet squat with narrow stance and heels on a plate 15 (3 sets of this superset) .
One thing to remember is that a superset is two exercises performed back to back and you want to keep the rest in between to a minimum. .
