I hear a lot of new moms have back/ shoulder issues from carrying around baby, car seat carrier, diaper bag etc. Doing my best to avoid it if I can 💪🏽.
🏋🏽♀️Considering carrying around a kettle bell 24/7 to help build some endurance and core stability but until then I’ll just keep at back day with the usual love I have for it ❤️😜.
I used @corporate_sneakers back and biceps workout today and I so enjoy all the cable pulls + added some eccentric hangs and tri- dips just for fun.
▪️2 mile warm-up with Scout 🏃🏻♀️.
▪️3x20 wide grip lat pull down.
▪️3x16 one legged barbell curl.
▪️3x15 v-bar cable row.
▪️3x16 one legged dumbbell hammer curl.
▪️3x12 bent over barbell row (overhand grip).
▪️3x12 single arm dumbbell row.
▪️3x15 weighted back extension ➡️ but I did the seated back machine because #pregnant 🤰🏻.
▪️1 mile cool down.
