๐Ÿ’ฅSHOULD YOU TRAIN WITH WEIGHTS?
It's not just women who get confused about this, it's men too: "Should I lift weights?" is a common question I get asked because people are scared to get big and/or scared to hurt themselves.

Let me answer this for you simply. Lifting weights is good for your bone, joint and muscle health, it won't make you bulky unless you train for bulk and I recommend it to anyone who can train properly with good technique ๐Ÿ‘Œ BUT if you don't have good technique, regress and build your foundations up and don't rush the journey. You have your whole training life to increase the weights.

Demonstrated in this photo I'm doing a light Leg Press and rather then focusing on loading up the weights, I have enough intensity with the booty bands and techniques I'm doing in the work out, to make this weight challenging and feel it in all the right spots.

Sometimes I have the best work outs doing lighter weights but I still use enough weight or do a work out style that will fatigue my muscles properly for the specific goal. .
So challenge yourself in your next couple of work outs and play with the different types of weights you do to keep your body stimulated ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Exercise: 45 degree leg press with medium and hard @fitbootybody booty bands above and below my knees.
