It’s show day for my sweet @elle_bfitbody. She has worked with this goal in mind for months and I am the proud Momma. She represents all that is good in this sport and the fitness industry. Dedicated to doing what needs to be done but not risking her health along the way. Her caring and compassion as well as her competitive spirit shared with other around her on our team as well as the community around is what sets her above the usual. 🐸 Getting a good workout in when you are on the road is easy-peasy

🦋Enter the Fab Four Glute Circuit.
Four glute exercises that are gonna build your glutes like nobody’s business
-
1️⃣ Banded Hip Thrusts:
If you dont have a band-no problem-do it without. Try to keep your knees at 90 degrees and push your ribs down as you lower
2️⃣ Reverse Lunges: I am doing these off of a step for a little extra glute 🔥
3️⃣ Frog pumps: Keep those feet pressed together, raise those hips, and squeeze the ba-gee-bees out of your glutes
4️⃣ Side Band walks-sit your hips back and take a big step, then smaller step, keeping your feet apart
If you don’t have a band, no problem again! Just sit a little lower

💥HOW TO BE A SUCCESSFUL DIETER💥

🦆Diets can be hard. Sometimes really hard. Establishing some habits as you go can mean the difference between successful weight loss and being stuck in a perpetual cycle of lose a little, gain it all back. What habits are key? -
🥐Monitor and track calories and protein - Look there are some people who hate to track - I get that. But really, if you do track, you are going to learn a lot. Like A LOT about portion sizes, calorie counts, protein grams, etc. You don’t have to track forever - no one wants to do that, but set yourself up for some success, accountability, and even some education so that you can make instinctively good choices later. -
🏋️‍♀️Strength Train 3-4 days a week - Go lift weights 3-4 days a week consistently and watch the changes happen. The scale number may not change right away, but over time, you are going to see the changes: more muscle “tone”, clothes fitting looser, how you look in the mirror. -
🍫Include foods you enjoy - This is where so many people fail. They put themselves on such a restrictive diet that they end up binging on the weekends because during the week all they ate were salads. Include foods that you love into your diet - may take some figuring out, but it is doable, and you will be a much happier person as a result. Life is way too short to never eat pizza or cupcakes -
⛸Be Consistent over time - Consistency is truly the key. It doesn’t mean perfection. One bad day isn’t going to blow all of your efforts up to that point. It is the consistency over the long term that is going to win the war.

🎹Patience - This is the toughest one of them all. We all want results and we all want them now. Problem is it’s not going to happen that way, so put on the patience cap and settle in for the long haul. The only way to fail is to quit.

🌭Get back on track after a detour - There will be times we get off track, and the only thing to do is get right back on. Don’t beat yourself up, don’t think you have screwed up everything, just hop back on track and keep it going.
