OVERDUE LONG POST- About April 8th...Sunday’s stats. I faced the realization that I self sabotage my progress. 😔😔 I do not know why, what I do know is that it needs to stop. This just feels like a vicious cycle of failure. I truly need to develop a plan and stick with it. My mindset needs to be in sync with what I feel in my heart and become determined to do better for myself. Not meaning to beat myself up, but if I don’t get hurt, mad and fed up with what I’m doing then how can I get better?? I do know that I have to keep trying and just maybe I will see and feel the process start to work. You know I hate almost all the dumb #fitspo memes because they are almost all phony, doctored up or filled with lies but not this. This is TRUTH.
I am 46 and stronger than I have ever been. I cannot wait to see how I continue to grow and build even more power. We don’t need to get old and soft and frail. We can use this time to really dig deep and see how amazingly we are made and to find strength in places we never even bothered to look.
