Late post tonight friends. I had to finally cave, and go to the Dr yesterday. Ended up on antibiotics, as much as I try to avoid them, for a sinus & ear infection. I was feeling so much better this evening. I just had to get out & hit the gym. 1.5 hours on a full body workout was just wanted I needed, after nearly 2 weeks of the crud. #fitmom#nomoresickdays#fullbodyworkout
Chest day at the gym. Last set pushing 110lbs for a set of 3. I keep going up every week doing my best thanks to the help, coaching, and encouragement of my husband. I love you baby. Always keep pushing. Lady's Physique here I come!
