Fail...fail...Success!!!! @barbell_six we didn't have enough plyos. However, I'll take this as a win. 54in jump!
Sometimes you have to fail to reach your goal/s. I was challenged to jump a 60in box, however, the gym only had enough plyos for a 54in jump. Did I fail?I absolutely don't think so. This jump only means that there's more room for improvement.
Don't stop finding ways to improve yourself. Whether in fitness or in life! Shout out to the folks that motivated me during this attempt.
The importance of adhering to your game plan towards weight loss.
ADHERENCE - spell check 😂😂 There are many different ways on how to lose weight. However, adhering to your plan can be the biggest difference in keeping the weight off once you reach your goal.
IMO, all approach can be effective (keto, IF, paleo...etc). However, we should ask ourselves if we can continuously adhere to the "diet" during or after we reach our goals. Understand the outcome of where you want to be and value the actions of your commitment towards your own journey.
Consider adherence before, during, and after your weight loss game plan. Understand your short and long term goals.
If we cannot adhere to the game plan the chance of success can diminish every single day.
