Vinyasa-style power yoga class, often referred to as “gym yoga”, focuses on linking breath and movement. In power yoga, we move quickly through vinyasas, focusing more on strength than on one’s flexibility. It is a dynamic, flowing practice which cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, focus and endurance. It tones and sculpts the entire body, leaving you feeling energized and powerful!
