Okay so you guys I have another one for legs/booty. It was my FIRST time using this machine for legs & 1) MY LEGS WERE FEELING IT 2)ITS HARDER THAN IT LOOKS 😂 .

-DEADLIFTS: so with this machine you are pretty much forced to have perfect form. So you feel that pull in your hamstrings reaaaaalllly good 😂 Let me tell you, your hamstrings will be on FIRE 🔥

2nd exercise: -BULGARIAN SPLIT LUNGES: this one I completely took off the weight as I was focusing on balance and getting all the way down. I felt this a lot in da boootyyyy. So ladies, if ya trying to get gainz, try this out 💁 .

KETTLE BELL HIIT || I LOVE KETTLE BELLS - ❤️They make it so easy to have an awesome sweat session right in the living room (or bedroom, or kitchen, or bathroom if your house is really lush). This cheeky weights based cardio workout had me super sweaty and worked almost every muscle in my body. If you're comfortable with a swing (kettle bell swing that is) then give this workout a go. I always recommend checking your swing form with a qualified trainer that knows how to coach it. If you don't perform it correctly it puts dangerous loading on the lower back (OUCH). See it below:
1. Double Kettle Bell Swings
2. Front Loaded KB squat
3. Deadlift Burpees
4. Bent over Row
Repeat all for 10 reps, 5 rounds - no stopping. If using a lighter weight then increase the repetitions.

No pain on deadlifts whatsoever. Didn't push it too heavy with triples at 365 today but these felt amazing. Glad I can still do my deads without messing with this little adductor injury

Worked on externally rotating my arms and hook grip today. Surprisingly the external rotation not only cured some of the hookgrip pain but also helped my lockout speed and back neutrality. Thanks @omarisuf 🤘. Also worked on backing dat ass up on the setup so I guess @silentmikke deserves some recognition too 💩
