— Banded squat into two shoulder presses for 10 reps
— Banded front raises for 10 reps — Banded Lateral raises for 10 reps...
Repeat the above for 3-4 rounds with a 90 sec rest in between rounds.

Sitting at your office desk all day can cause you shoulder and neck pain, or even injuries in long term. Our Movement Coach Rachel was invited to Tai Hing Catering Group Training Centre last week, and to teach a set of stretching exercises specially designed for back office staff. These stretching skills can be simply done with a office chair.
Keeping team members vigorous and healthy is for the long-term benefits of a company! It is also our belief that fitness training is not exclusive for professional athletes, but every single person to increase one's ability to move and cope with everyday life.

Workout Tips

Start off on a seated bench and grab dumbbells in each hand. Now have the dumbbells up by the shoulders like a military press but extend the arms slightly out and bent. ⚠️Keep the arms fixed the entire time.⚠️ While the arms are fixed lower the elbows down by the lats and you should feel a stretch on the delts. This is the starting position.

Now press into a fly motion while keeping the arms fixed. Think of a circular motion as you fly the dumbbells up together. At the top the thumbs should be turned down towards the floor. Now bring the movement back down and go as far as you can down for the stretch. This is important for the movement.

Repeat for the recommended repetition.
