Day 17 7am 89.5kg
I have not been updating my scale the past 3 days as i have been unwell. I started feeling giddy since last friday and i finally went to the doctor on Tuesday. I was initially worried that it might be due to the cut in starch. However my blood sugar is at a healthy figure of 5.5. So the doctor concluded that it might be due to stress and anxiety.
Hence, these 3 days i have not been on my workout routine or my diet. But i only ate when i hungry and i stopped myself at 80% full. I thought my weight would increase after 3 days but surprisingly, i am in my 80s now!
