NEWSFLASH: Getting fit is HARD.
There are so many ups and downs... Times you'll be excited to do your workout and times lacing up your tennis shoes feels like a workout in and of itself... Times where eating healthy feels like a no brainer, and others where you can't stand the sight of another vegetable... Times where you'll see amazing results, and others where that scale just won't budge... Times you'll nail your workout, and others you won't make it through the warm up without needing a break.
But that's all a part of the journey.
You learn, you push yourself, and you grow. You get stronger not only physically, but also mentally.
You may fall off the wagon sometimes, but guess what? We ALL do.
So don't let the fear of striking out keep you from starting YOUR fitness journey. The only way you strike out is if you straight up quit forever.
