💥HOW TO STAY CONSISTENT💥

🙆🏼‍♀️Our motivation is unfortunately not something that can be be relied on. I’m sure you’ve all been there one day you feel like you could conquer the world other days it feels like the world is conquering you.

😳Lack of consistency is the biggest reason people don't succeed in their goals especially when it comes to fat loss & getting healthier.It causes a 3 pinned problem.

1️⃣ You never do anything long enough to see if it might actually work for you. Your starting point isn't the magic solution, it's simply a starting point from which you gauge what needs to happen next.Its a conversation I have a lot with my online clients, getting them to understand that going in with small changes but doing them consistently is the key to long term success even if it might seem dull & boring.

2️⃣If you don't know if something might actually work how are you supposed to know what to do next? You can't base decisions of facts this why people program & diet hop so fricking much thinking the next one might be magic.

3️⃣ It leads people to making huge massive changes which makes them miserable when actually if they had just consistently stuck to one small change they would likely have gained results. Then the problem with making big extreme changes is that they may not long term sustainable there begins a vicious circle.

😁My life runs on my consistent habits ,it doesn't matter if my motivation is lagging, or the voices in my head are saying meeehhh cant be bothered I just do it things on automatic pilot.

👩🏻‍🚀To sum up set a goal but identify your real why. Change one thing at time & even when those voices in your head are screaming negative thoughts ignore them. Expect to fail & when you do learn from it & move on.

👱🏻‍♀️People in your life may not grasp how important what your trying to do is, so you need to be strong enough to not get pulled into doing things that could cause you to regularly get off plan. Finding someone to be accountable to can be a game changer so ask a friend or find a coach & remember to celebrate your wins every dam day.

Am I loving these 5am starts? No but I’ve committed to this program and my fitness group that we will get through this. To be honest once I’m working out it’s fine, I forget what time it is and just enjoy the workout.

THE STORY goes like this!!!! 3 years ago I didn't know what network marketing was! I was a stay at home momma to my 5 kiddos that wanted to do more, I wanted to HELP contribute to the family income! I remembered "hearing" something about this company called "Beachbody" but didn't know much about them, had never done a bb workout before!

One night 3 years ago, I decided to Google it, because I have always been in health and nutrition so this sounded like the perfect "JOB" for me.... and I could do it from home, I knew that much!

One of the 1st results in Google was my NOW coaches "Blog" I read her blog, it all sounded amazing! I KNEW I wanted her as my mentor coach right away!! I took the leap of faith that night and signed up as a coach WITH a challenge pack (no we didnt really have the money for it, like AT ALL, but I KNEW I had to do SOMETHING if I wanted things to change!!) Do NOTHING and nothing changes, right!

I had no idea what I was doing but I committed to the 21 Day Fix, I started eating clean, I began to change our entire lifestyle and the weight came off! I fell in love with the support system, the new found friendship and I felt confident in my skin which improved my mood and our relationship!!! I had no idea it would lead me to finding a hidden drive. A drive to help others feel the same way that I did when I reached my fitness and health goals. A drive to see others succeed in fitness and business and a DRIVE to be the BEST that I could be!

I saw an opportunity to not just change my body but to change our entire families lives! I had a feeling, I had believe and I went for it!

You might not be able to tell from this picture, but my entire body is jello! My workout today was a tough one!

Today the snow is coming down hard and all I want to do is curl up on the couch, BUT I have 15 stellar ladies that I'm accountable to and today even though I didn't want to show up for ME I wanted to show up for THEM.

There is power in numbers. I believe the more support you have surrounding you the more likely you are to be lifted up on days like these and be motivated to do what you think you can't!

I got a workout in today but believe me it was hard. I’m lacking in energy at the moment so had to have a little energy booster. Or as I like to call it my unicorn juice!.

Fail often, fail hard and fail forward💪👊
I had the WORST workout today, but didn't quit until I was done. I finished my preworkout supp before I ordered another, so I was lacking in drive, focus, and overall motivation. I didn't do as many sets or reps, and definitely didn't lift as heavy as I wanted. I left the gym feeling absolutely defeated and dissapointed. But hey, that's the process!
Not only was I absolutely pissed off at myself driving home, but the more I thought about it, the more I wanted to go back. So here i sit, thumbing through all the different supplement options, reading, learning, and deciding what to try next, what will help me push myself harder! *suggestions always welcome*
That's what success is. Success isn't about never failing or feeling like absolute shit. It's about all of that and some, then rising above and GROWING from it! You bet I'll likely be back in that gym today, with or without a supp, because I'm not about to quit on myself! I've gone this far, and it's only the beginning! --side note-- I've been asked to become a brand ambassador for some awesome fitness companies, so here soon I'll be able to share some discount codes with y'all!

There’s a new manager at the gym and he wants me to work for him as a trainer! He’s like, you can still do your event planning and take a couple clients whenever you have free time, and I’ll get you certified. Not a bad side gig!...But will have to think about it 😉

God knows how I’m going to healthy eat over the next few weeks whilst I’m training but I don’t want to make excuses! 😩 dinner was a big portion of spag Bol, much to big of a portion but I was hungry - could have stopped but didn’t 😂 need to prep my meals and try stay on plan as I’m going to be in a classroom all day every day for the next few weeks not being active! So with minimal exercise during the day and still being unable to go to the gym down to my torn ligaments in my rib, I really do have to rely on a good healthy diet! ✨

1. Jalón al frente con agarre abierto y neutro (este agarre no está en todos los gimnasios, así que si el tuyo lo tiene definitivamente dale una oportunidad)😉
Heavy:5 x 12,10,8, 8 y 6 reps

2. Remo con barra agarre abierto
Heavy:5 x 12,10,8, 8 y 6 rep
Controla la bajada 😉

3. Remo al frente con cuerda. Sentada de esta forma me permite ir más pesado y controlar el peso con mi espalda y no con las piernas.

4. Delt fly en máquina (súper fan fan faaaaaaan del reverse fly, este ejercicio es súper importante que te concentres en apartar el peso con los codos, semi flexionar los brazos, y no mover la articulación porque ahí ya mueves el peso con tríceps)

5 y 6. Pullover: esta versión está padrosima, te permite llevar un mayor rango de movimiento con una concentración de esfuerzo más superior. Otras versiones para variar; es en polea alta con barra o cuerda. Yo voy cambiando 😊

Monday’s are wonderful! Unfortunately our fresh start is our baby girl waking up sick today! 🤒 Got home late from a weekend away at a hotel visiting family and somewhere was exposed to some germs and under the weather now. So hard to see them not feeling well! Instead of dance class today, we will be getting lots of rest & trying to monitor her fever! I will work on my laundry, workout and groceries to get planned in between attending to my #1 priority! Happy Monday everyone!

I had toast this morning (bland) and for lunch I had chicken, sweet potato, a raspberry donut yoghurt (delicious but had this in sugar!), raspberries and an apple. Keeping it simple tonight and making up for the fact I didn't get my Sunday Roast yesterday.

Work has started to get super busy and I feel like I've had no time to do anything properly.
Managed the gym twice last week but only 30 minutes a go😓

Time to manage everything a little bitter and make time for my health ensuring it's number one on my list.

It’s a friendly environment that supports every level of fitness and celebrates all achievements big and small. Vively is a social club with a passion for active living. They coordinate meetups and events for yogis, runners, and indoor/outdoor workout classes. Join us every Wednesday 6:30pm at kezar stadium. This is a fun free event where you will sweat it out with like minded people. This has been such a great experience for me thus far. One week in and those abs are trying to peek out. Three pounds have been shredded along with an inch off the backside. I am feeling pretty good because I knew this program would have my back. “Stronger” is word entering my vocabulary.
