. @elysiumpt_craig is always drilling proper form into my head and had he be standing behind me during this video, I'm sure I would of heard something along the lines of "Lower, chest up , elbows in , lower , lower 😫 push your knees out , lower" 😓..you get the picture 😂😂
The thing is, its helped to make me realise just how important form is. As a person with a competitive nature ( I can deny it no longer ) I often have fell foul to putting the numbers first, as I'm sure many of us have......You know when it's all about lifting as heavy as possible to get those PRs.
Now I focus primarily on form and secondary on the numbers. Apart from helping to prevent injuries and hitting a plateau, improving form helps the numbers take care of themselves, getting you to your goals quicker !
