⚠️Aktuelle Realität!😊 Soooo sieht das ganze 1 Monat nach den Wettkämpfen aus! Für den Winter und vorallem in Klamotten gefällt mir persönlich die schwere Version von mir vieeeel besser. Links ca. 2000kcal täglich (Clean) und rechts ca. 3500-4000kcal (50-70% Clean) Wie man sehen kann habe ich glücklicherweise am allermeisten am Lat und Schulterweite zugelegt. Natürlich viel Wasser. Aber ich merke diese Umfänge extrem an den Klamotten. Man sieht es auch am Bild. Beide Bilder wurden im gleichen Winkel und Abstand zum Spiegel gemacht. Beide Bild Formate sind gleich. Und rechts fülle ich das Bild mehr aus. Schon interessant immer... 😅😂👌

Nothing can beat a body with nicely shaped butt. Right?

So here's a few of the things I use with my clients:

1)First remembering why we started!

2) Referring back to our previous personal bests/weights/sizes/before pictures
3)Even using Movies/Documentaries/YouTube clips/ favourite music to inspire you to get in your car and get to the gym

4)Visualize the results, How it will make you feel, impact your life. Think about the grind, the journey and the sacrifices that will be made worth it in the end

🔸Sachez évoluer à votre rythme il n'y a aucune honte à avoir !!
🔸Essayez de ne pas vous comparez aux autres 🙏 c'est dur mais vous devez vous comparer qu'à vous même !
🔸Ne pensez pas que vous évoluerez plus vite avec des complements alimentaire ou ne vous dites pas quand faisant 4 fois par semaine les fessiers ils seront plus gros c'est archi faux hein 😂
🔸Ne pas prendre de jours de repos n'est pas bon du tout non plus

Bref je pourrais continuer des heures mais bon 😂😂 faites attention à vous n'allez pas trop vite et ne soyez pas trop dur avec vous même 🙏

Leg day training tip: use various intensification methods. Drop sets, negatives, rest-pause; the list (and the pain) goes on. When used correctly and in a periodised manner, these methods can take your quest for hypertrophy to the next level. 👌🏻
