I don't really take any supplements... I guess I don't work out enough to warrant taking protein shakes or pre-workouts, and I'm still trying to find a balance between eating enough to satisfy me but not too much that I won't lose weight.
These BCAAs are the only supplement I've had on my journey so far. They help your muscles recover after working out, as well as fighting fatigue and hunger, so I'd definitely recommend BCAAs in general, but this flavour in particular is the bomb dot com!
