A newly certified nutrition (PN1) coach ๐Ÿ˜
For the last 5 months straight, Iโ€™ve been grafting hard through the Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification.
During those 5 months I have definitely noticed my business suffer with little to no growth, but I wanted to maintain as much focus as possible on getting this course done so that I can implement the new knowledge and skills learnt into my business to help my current and future clients get better results, due to the sheer importance of nutrition on lifestyle and fitness results.
One has to be able to endure suffering for growth..
Now I can focus solely on growing my business as Iโ€™m ready to get new clients again, but now I can aim to get clients online too. Iโ€™m excited to get working on my new website now, where Iโ€™ll be aiming to provide nutrition and fitness coaching both offline and online.
If you pinpoint your focus you can get a lot done..
Itโ€™s better to focus on one project at a time instead of attempting to share your focus across numerous projects all at the same time, I believe. Especially with your work. If I hadnโ€™t of done this, I highly doubt Iโ€™d of had much growth in my business or got anywhere near finishing the PN1 course or my website.
Let the growth for my business and improved results for clients commence..

The more I train, the more I appreciate @nike apparel. It's affordable, reliable, and cute. I do wear a huge variety of workout clothes, but I have a bit of a Nike haul. I find their spandex to fit really really well(although I have to get a kids size lol). It's hard for me to find spandex/leggings that are not a million miles long.
I got these spandex shorts for $5, and I absolutely love them! I also got these Nike shoes on sale for $40 awhile back, and they are so comfortable.

Today was such a good gym session the gym was so empty ๐Ÿ˜Œ I did upper body ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ it was just a good refreshing session. I think from now on I wonโ€™t go to the gym before work if itโ€™s an early shift because I canโ€™t get out of bed to go to the gym ๐Ÿ˜ฉ at least I tried I guess lol
