Prepping for my week.
It really is easier to do meal prep rather than just gives meals random thought. This not all but some that I got today.
I am very specific about what I am eating and when. It takes discipline but it is learnable. I am all in and I am remaining on my mantra.
My Food is my Fuel.
Up for the challenge? You need to challenge to change.
Day 1 is tomorrow. The Shift starts then.
