Chasing the Pain! Part of my daily prehab routine is working on my scapula with a lacrosse ball. Finding the pain areas is not pleasant but is so beneficial. I knew that the scapula was an integral part of overall shoulder health but I was unaware of just how important it really is. It can be the cause of or a contributor to shoulder pain, neck pain and upper body weakness. My Chiropractor believes that my particular issue is with the AC joint. It's my journey, so I am doing it according to how I feel. This is my fourth day on arms ! My shoulders have been ravished from Pain caused by PA, for the last month. So when the pain was too much to bear, I needed a emergency plan, to keep going. So I chose abs and arms.. Got my second workout in for the day. Thank you to the fur babies for loaning me their bedroom to get my sweat on since it's so humid outside. Now, even though I'm girlie and all and love to sparkle, I believe I will head to the shower. Sparkle = stinky!

Started back with C25k today. It was definitely a challenge since it had been 3 weeks and the humidity was harsh. While I hate starting over, the main thing is to just start.

After yesterday's #trxworkout I took about an hour to get back on my hands for the first time in 2 weeks. I decided to start experimenting with wide hand placement and an X body position. I was surprised at how quickly I felt pretty comfortable with the new hand and arm position.
