#Tryitout FULL BODY BURNOUT EXERCISE! This exercise will challenge your chest, core and leg muscle endurance. I never seen anyone do this combination of exercises performed at once before until I thought of it. Let’s see what you got! How many rounds? 💪 Here’s the exercise : 🔹Start off in Bridge Position 🔹3️⃣ Decline Chest Press 🔹3️⃣ Close grip Dumbbell Press 🔹3️⃣Overhead Dumbbell Pullover 🔹REPEAT in reverse order! 🔹ROUND COMPLETE
