Since I neglect training abs my trainer friend @marshawarsh suggested that I incorporate ab exercises into other body parts so right now I'm using the standing calf raise machine to work my shoulders/ triceps and since I have to keep my balance I'm also engaging my core
Coming a long way on my overall strength. Tonight a new PR on deadlifts 235 lbs‼️ my low back was a weakness but its much stronger today than even a few months ago! 💪 👉 9.3 Curie Marie Curie was a female scientist who lived in the late 1800s and early 1900s. She lived at a time when women were not scientists. She was the first woman to win a Nobel Prize and the first to win that prize twice, the only woman to do so and the first to win it in multiple sciences. In other words she was a genius. She was also the first woman to become a professor at the University of Paris and was the first woman to be buried in the Panthéon in Paris.

Part 2: Metcon (15 Minutes) AFAP & QR 15 Minutes 🔸 100 KB Swing (50/35) 🔸 Only 30 lb kettlebell after those deadlifts! 🔸 50 Pull-up 🔸 Did Bent over rows with 50 lb dumbbells 2:35 left did 19 burpees finisher.
Finisher AMRAP burpees until time expires. Each rep subtracts 1 second off of your time.
