The answer is I use no supplements, no waist belts and I have lost track of the time because it's a lifestyle, it's a journey and not a destination.

This was last night's dinner and was simple yet so tasty 😀

Press up challenge 💪🏼 grab your training partner and throw in some press ups after a set. I love training with @sara_fitnessforall because she’ll always push me and training with her is always fun. Even when she was pregnant she kicked my butt 🤦🏼‍♀️ not forgetting @tiffanyflbuck either but she never gets in our videos 👯‍♀️ Try throwing in 12 press ups after an upper body set for the ultimate burn 🔥

Gave the legs a rest from running today and went on a CrossFit/Circuit based weight set. Choose the weights and work hard for those 10-12 reps.
