🦄Your Body Can Stand Almost Anything. It’s Your Mind You Have To Convince🦄 💻Today is the start of week to of -40lbs weight loss. I started at 142lbs last Monday. I am currently 139lbs. I am doing my 👙Bikinin Model fitness training program five days a week which also includes HIIT Cardio for 20 minutes. The two rest days are a 30 minute Low Intensity Cardio and a Boho Beautiful Yoga video. The yoga video changes each rest day. Its a great way to stretch out your body in the middle of the week and before starting a new week. 🦋 What My Day to Day Workout Look like and how long it takes all together🦋
- [ ] Monday’s - Shoulders & Core w/ HIIT Cardio = 1 hour 45 minutes
- [ ] Tuesday’s - Glutes & Quads w/ HIIT Cardio = 1 hour 45 minutes
- [ ] Wednesday’s - Back & Chest w/ HIIT Cardio= 1 hour 45 minutes
- [ ] Thursday’s - Low Intensity Cardio w/ Yoga= 1 hour
- [ ] Friday’s - Glutes & Hamstrings w/ HIIT Cardio= 1 hour 45 minutes
- [ ] Saturday’s - Shoulders & Core w/ HIIT Cardio= 1 hour 45 minutes
- [ ] Sunday’s - Low Intensity Cardio w/ Yoga= 1 hour 🌱Diet is all about no Meat🌱
I am strickly vegan now. I eat no meat. My body has a problem with protein. I find that cutting out meat for good has helped 100%. I did start my vegan lifestyle back in July but in November my parents wanted me to try meat again. I am happy to say I am back to the vegan lifestyle. I needed to make sure it was the right thing to do for my life. Here is a reason for why I choose to go back to it. My body “ CAN NOT DIGEST PROTEIN”. I have delt with health problems my whole life and I have to say after going vegan, all my health problems went away. 🗓 December 1st to January 31st to get to my goal weight of 102lbs🗓

I am buzzing. Weighed in at 89.1kg this morning! Set a target with the lads to be under 90kg before our Christmas doo on the 20/12/18 otherwise be dressed up by them in god knows what. Not only am I happy I’m not being dressed up but that I’ve now lost 18.5kg in total since March!

This is only the beginning. I have another 14.1kg to go and it’s going to get harder stripping the fat and maintaining muscle.

Don’t let freaks tell you that you can’t do it. Usually it’s the lazy, jealous or unmotivated in life that will be negative towards you, try to dishearten you or misguide you. Do what you like, when you like. I love it when people tell me I can’t do it, watch me 🤙🏽

Here’s some leg workouts! Today I decided to do some exercises that I’m not comfortable with, @athleanx always says get comfortable with being uncomfortable. If you’re always coasting through your exercises and started to plateau then that’s probably why. It’s important to challenge yourself daily for maximum results. Anyways enough of the motivational mumbo jumbo here’s the workout:

Squat: 4 sets 8-12 reps
Stationary lunges: 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Hip thrusts: 4 sets of 10-12 reps
Calf raises: 4 sets of 10-12 reps

I’m just about a week into lifting HEAVY again, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that foam rolling is LIFE. 🙌🏻 I used to have knee pain and think my knee was just irritated since I suffered from Osgood-Schlatter as a kid. But recently I realized that the knee pain came more frequently when I didn’t foam roll as often. Now, if I feel some pinching in my knee, I can almost guarantee that spending a few minutes rolling my upper legs will work out those muscles and relieve the knee pain immediately. Best discovery ever, especially on a heavy leg day like today! Physique check 💪🏼 I took this photo a couple of weeks ago, and it’s crazy to look at this and realise how far I’m coming! Last week I did 6 days at the gym, with 1 rest day, and I wouldn’t have dreamt that I’d have the motivation to do that only a couple of months ago😖 now, it’s a Monday afternoon, I can’t wait to finish work so I can hit the gym at 8pm, and keeping working towards my goals - it’s all about being motivated!🖤💗 Have an awesome week everyone!
