I've decided to document my fitness journey with regularly posts showing my current physique, diet, training etc. However, before I do this I want to set the scene. This photo is from March 26th when I cut down to 75kgs. After a two week holiday in April and a unplanned diet and training program I am now bulking. The aim is to reach 95kgs by September, but with good muscle definition. One of the few times I wish I had a gym membership. It's raining outside, the building I work at is practically under construction, and by the time I get home the baby will be asleep leaving me no where to work out. Although it makes for a great day of meditation and relaxation. Will give my body a rest, I've still had a fairly active day anyway, and will resume back tomorrow. Last workout from the 90.... yes 90 day body revolution programme by jillian michaels complete baby whoop whoop!! Feels so good im excited to start something new tomorrow πŸ˜€πŸ˜€ Proud that i have completed it as it wasnt it easy and it wasnt quick it was tough, i pushed myself im pleased i did as i look and feel so much better now! How i have stuck to plan 100% for 9 weeks (except 5 days you know hen do party) i dont know as i love chocolate like could live on chocolate i was struggling i couldnt get my head in the game and i was scared the hen do would knock me off track again and wouldnt jump back into plan but i did πŸ’ͺ if i can do this anyone i mean anyone can because if you saw me in the easter holidays you would have been like this girl isnt doing this shes dreaming but here we are!!!
