Happy Saturday!
Cardio Core Remix today. It was not easy. Wow. You know what I have done this one before and barely made it though and today I did it strong with no modifier. 😊💪 I am so much stronger than I was months ago. Progress takes time. This is not a quick fix. You have to want to change your life and your way of thinking. This is not a I will do this for a month and then that is it. This is a total lifestyle change to be as healthy and fit as possible.
I also did more cardio on the tread climber again this morning since it is the weekend and I am not in a hurry to go anywhere. The extra cardio this week has really helped change things up a bit for me.

We all choose a path. Choice is a part of our life, everyday we choose to do, be and act. Then at the end of the day we lie with those choices.
I'm so damn glad that I can lie with confidence that what I do is filled with my own personal passion, that who I am is exactly who I want to be and that my actions strengthen my ability to rise with each day more determined to do, be and act than the day before. If this isn't normal, it damn well should be.

✅ With dumbbells in hand, place foot on a box or bench. Be sure the box is at a height that puts thigh in parallel position when foot is placed on top.
✅ Push heel of top foot (drive leg) by extending the hip and pulling the body up and forward. Try to keep trunk braced during the movement.
✅Switch leg at top of box. Drop leg down to floor and repeat.

DAILY MOVEMENT - The Air Squat

✅Place feet just outside hips or hip width w/ a tall, vertical torso.
✅Extend arms in front of you so they are parallel to the floor. This will help counterbalance your weight.
✅ With your feet flat on floor, lower hips down toward heels while keeping vertical torso.
✅ On your way back to starting position, extend the hips and push through mid-foot and heels. Pull arms toward your sides
