First show in the books. Took 5th on my division 🏆💪. Thank you everybody that supported me and cheer for me ( Coaches, friends, clients , family). I first wanted to do the show because I lost myself in the process of training so many clients and I needed to get myself back into what I love. This show definitely did it for me. I didn’t go into it trying to get a trophy , but more for prioritizing myself and falling in love again with fitness. After such a hard prep I told myself I wasn’t going to do it again ( it was really hard) , but the rush of the show, the competition and everything in it was really amazing. IMPORTANCE OF DOING PLANK EXERCISE :
1.A Toned Belly

Planking will help build your deep inner core muscles that lay the groundwork for that six-pack look. As your abdominal muscles become stronger, your mid-section will tighten.

2.Reduce Back Pain
