Lmao ok but seriously I never really knew how to get a "pump" (like a real one) before I met @alexbush__ 😂 and I attribute basically all of my knowledge about pumps/supplements to him 💃🏼

A pump happens when you have proper water intake, balanced electrolytes, proper nutrient intake, and with supplementation. You want to increase blood flow to your muscles and make them look JOOOICEY 👀💦 (so people think you lift and stuff)

Some quick tips:
• try and get a good amount of water in before/during/after your lift (30/30/30 via @alexbush__ )
• make sure your sodium, potassium, and magnesium are in the right ranges • PRIORITIZE CARBS AROUND TRAINING!!! Go into a training session having 50g of carbs if possible 1-3 hrs before
• take preworkout! I never use to be a fan of preworkout.. like at all. But I actually FINISH my tubs of @legionath pulse (link in bio) ~ for the most ridiculous pumps: look for nitrogisine (750mg-1.5g), L-citrulline (3-6g), and hydromax (1-5g)

Was feeling pretty low in spirits in the gym today. Not any particular reason. We all have those days where just don't feel pretty, strong enough, good enough etc. and today was just like that for me. The difference from when I started this journey is that I now accept, that it's okay to have days like this - as long as you don't let it stop you. I still got my work done and got my workout in. Your goals dosen't care about how you feel, remember that! Give it your all. Everyday. Not just on the good days - but more important, the bad ones as well. 🐫🐫🐫💗 -

Good morning fam!!✨ Pre workout meal right there looking pretty! 😍💁🏼 Okay so a lot of you have been asking me lately about how I eat, how many times a day etc. I eat about 4-6 meals pr day, depending on how my day looks. I'm currently still trying to "lean bulk". This means I'm trying to eat above my TDEE calories for my muscles to grow! Aka 🍑 gains lol. My two most important meals of the day are the ones I have pre and post my workouts! This is due to optimizing performance pre workout w a proper meal - and then a meal post workout to refuel the muscles again, after breaking down the muscle tissue during the workout. The post workout meal is therefore essentiel to re build your muscles to get the most out of your workouts! Protein and carbs are essentiel here post workout to do so. Carbs are not the enemy girls! Do your research and make the most out of your carbs! Do not fear them like I used to do PLEASE. Now I always get in a big high carb meal pre workout as well - preparing my body to go KILL some weights(dramatic Rikke I know). Here some protein oats using @womensbest whey protein! This week has been tough. Not feeling myself and it has affected me emotionally and physically. I have two choices... I can eat ice cream in self pity or I can challenge myself. I used to run very consistently to where 18 miles was pleasurable, switched to more lifting last year and my endurance suffered just a tad. Decide the road you want to take

Mám velmi ráda vzpírací emomy, nemám u toho moc čas přemýšlet, jsem fajnově zahřátá a rozcvičená. #emom x 15 min 1 #squatsnatch 40-57,5 kg 😀

1 #powerclean + 1 #hangsquatclean + 3 #splitjerk every 2:30 konec na 60ti kg 😎

A nakonec #fortime 10 kol 1 #barmuscleup (kde měl být burpee BMU, ovšem na čtení musím zapracovat) plus 20 #dus za 6 minut.
Ne tak dávno jsem zvládla jen 7 #bmu za 5ti minutový #amrap.

Love being able to mix up my programs and not feel like I have to stick to one. The variety has me enjoying my workouts again and keeps me from getting bored.👍🏼
I also have been putting together my own workouts that I can do while the kids are eating breakfast, playing outside, bathing, etc. definitely going to start sharing more of this soon!!✨

Thank goodness it's Monday. Today is a great day to be alive. Today I got to spend the morning getting some work done on my program that will be launching September 1st and more importantly - have been spending the day appreciating time with @alexbush__ 💘
