This roasted butternut squash and sausage sheet pan recipe was so yummy!!!! And so easy!! So I had to share!
5 large sausage links, sliced
24 oz. butternut squash, raw, cubed
4 cups Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1 tsp. dried sage
Dash sea salt
Dash ground pepper
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spread out onto a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Spray tops with cooking spray and a little olive oil. Roast for 20 minutes or until veggies are lightly browned and tender.
