Today is a high volume day.. We will be covering more number of variations... Workout sequence
Warm up
2 sets chin ups 10 reps each
2 sets of back dips 10 reps each. Optional you can add weights for back dips
Work out
1. Superset of standing dumbell curl with triceps push down .10 reps each 3 sets
2. Single arm dumbells preacher curl. Don't forget. to elevate the bench as shown
3 sets 12-10-8 reps and go. for progressive over loading
4. Spider curl 3 sets 12-10-8 reps
5. Barbell tricep kickbacks 3 sets 12-10-8 reps
6. Hammer rope curl 3 sets 12-10-8
7. Variations for dumbells triceps extension 3 sets 12-10-8 repd
8. Super man curls 3 sets 12-10-8
9. Underhand grip tricep push down 3 sets 12-10-8
10. Concentration curl on cross over machine 3 sets 12-10-8 reps
11. Shrugs 3 sets 12-10-8
12. High pull row lying on bench 3 sets 12-10-8
13 .45° shoulder press ..note please retract the scapula for targeting the traps
3 sets 12-10-8 reps
14. Wrist curls and extensions
3 sets 12-10-8 repd
15. Reverse curl
3 sets 12-10-8 reps.
Complet the workout within 70-80 mins to maintain the intensity .

Because “health” isn’t found once you eat a whole bunch of celery or after you shot a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in the morning.

“Health” is found when you’re not only looking after yourself physically but when you focus on your overall mental health as well.

Yes, sweating and moving my body, and eating veggies and whole foods is “health” to me, and what I do majority of the time...... But so is ordering pizza or Thai takeaway with friends and family. Having a few too many sips of baileys with my mum. And a handful of fruit and nut mix with extra chocolate added!

The choices I make about food are a combination of the situations I’m in at the time and how I’m feeling. Yes, more frequently it will be fruit or vegetables. But sometimes it is a burger with the lot and a whole block of chocolate💁🏼‍♀️

Don’t feel guilty for being human and having a life!!!!!!!!

EVERYONE is meant to have YOLO moments, the trick is to not do it everyday, but when you do, enjoy it🍔🍟
