Fresh, Not Canned, String Beans
Fresh Red and Green Chards, Baby
Kale and Baby Spinach all Sauteed
Over Your Choice of Brown Rice or
Quinoa,(I decided to use both) with Two Slices of Avocado to Bring
Down the Heat....a Little. Forgot to mention olive oil or coconut oil as well as a little vegetable stock.
