This was so yum, and it was incredibly easy... taking me 20 mins from start to finish! My daughter smashed hers and is officially obsessed with the delicious green sauce!
✖️2 Salmon fillets (I like skin on), baked at 175 for 15-20 mins, or until cooked through
✖️100 grams of raw purple cabbage, sliced paper thin
✖️Handful of organic spinach
✖️1 cup of Quinoa, cook per instructions on packet ✖️1 bunch of asparagus, woody ends removed, quartered + blanched for 3-4 mins
✖️Place all the ingredients in a bowl, in their respective sections for a nice aesthetic effect 💁🏻♀️ and sprinkle with chia seeds + add the yummy green sauce
✖️1/4 cup of parsley
✖️2 tablespoons of dill
✖️1 garlic clove, minced
✖️2 tablespoons of natural Greek yogurt
✖️1 tablespoon of mayo
✖️1 tablespoon of food quality olive oil
✖️1 tablespoon of lemon juice
