Be a better you, for you 🌸
There are three things that I‘ve realised when it comes to fitness.
1️⃣ Motivation will come and go, it will never be constant but thats more than okay.
2️⃣ If something works for you, then keep doing it as long as if it feels right for you and makes you feel confident.
3️⃣ Be proud of yourself! Don‘t ever forget how far you‘ve come on your journey. There are going to be days, weeks or even months where you personally won‘t see any diffrence or result. But you know what? That‘s okay too. 🌹
