Late post: Renegade push up rows for finisher. It works best for chest and back it also activates the core muscles which is best to tone that midsection. @dannymmoran version is slightly easier than mine. Don't go crazy heavy with this one because you want do more reps as possible so you can get more core workout. Do 3-4 sets of this for 30-60secs.

Long read, but you’ll understand why I’m so happy about my progress if you read it! .
My dad and granddad have always said, “If you’re gonna be a bear, be a grizzly.” In other words don’t do anything half-hearted, once you set your mind to something give your 110% effort.

It’s been 3 months since I got over a stomach bug and then a real bad case of the flu that had me sick from August to January. It was extremely tough for me, I watched as a year of hard work literally disappeared off my body. I had zero energy and zero strength. Once I was healed in January, I decided to put as much effort as I had into getting back everything I had lost. In these 3 months that I’ve been healthy, I’ve been working extremely hard, with @harold_gfitness pushing me daily to eat more and lift more weight. Every single day since January 24, I have woken up extremely sore, but I am proud to say my hard work has paid off! 31lbs gained in only 3 months is an insane amount for me! I never thought I would be able to bounce back this fast, but thank God, I have. .
Thank you to @harold_gfitness for continuously pushing me, encouraging me, and motivating me! I look forward to every single one of our workouts and I’m honored to call you a friend and a brother! I honestly couldn’t have done it without you bro!! .

Now that I’m bigger than I ever have been, I’m not stopping. I’ve seen what my body is capable of in the past 3 months and I’m excited to see what the future holds!
