Kept things light today with pots and pans since my whole body is still sore from exercises from the beginning of the week.
This will properly be my last real workout for the next two week since kids just started their summer break today at 3 pm 😱. This reminds me to go and buy more coffee 😜😜. Baby proof your body part 2/3 - we assume bed is positioned against a wall
•
Day-to-day living with babies and toddlers can cause a lot of physical wear and tear—shoulder pain, neck tightness, tension headaches, knee pain, and lower back stiffness.
•
To pick your baby up off a bed or out of a crib, your first impulse would be to bend over and pick the baby up. The better way to do it would be to get as close to the baby as you can and then pick the baby up. That would put a lot less stress on the wrists, shoulders and lower back.
•
If you're picking up your baby from the floor by leaning over, you're putting terrible strain on your lower back and stressing your wrists and shoulders unnecessarily. So a better way to pick up your baby off the floor would be to come all the way down to the floor on your knees, and then support the baby's neck and back, bring the baby close to your body, and then stand up.

Another great tip given to me by one of my followers is that if you suffer from prolapse you should kegel before you lift up your baby.

Operation rebuilding my core and closing my abs is on - Currently at 3.5 fingers, size of a fist. I still cannot do much until July 1, but these movements was cleared by my doc.

Low impact exercises - side walk if you find jumping difficult. You can perfectly do all these exercises without band.

Do your kegel during the workout for maximum benefits.

Each exercise 60 seconds x 2 rounds ( 3 rounds if you are in top form) rest between each rounds for 30 seconds or as needed.
