Mein Bizepstraining besteht grundsätzlich aus drei Übungen: Einarmige Curls mit Eindrehen, Langhantelcurls und Hammercurls.🙋🏽‍♂️Je nach Übung bewege ich mich jeweils im Wiederholungsbereich von 7-12 Wiederholungen und insgesamt mache ich auf die Woche verteilt ungefähr 12-15 Sätze für den Bizeps.🔁

Alle Anfänger unter euch sollten sich jedoch nicht zu sehr auf das Armtraining konzentrieren, sondern eher bei den Verbundsübungen stärker werden. Ihr werdet sehen, dann wachsen die Arme automatisch mit.🙌🏽😁

Started fitness because I didn't like my flat, all flat body. I think in my whole journey I took maximum 1 week completely off... .
I was most of the time kind of bulking, eating clean but in a surplus... And I always lifted as heavy as I could. (and no cardio 🙃 !) But now.. It's time to lean out for real with the help of @tiborphysique and see how much muscle I really put on. Motivated for what's coming ! Sometimes you have to look back on the progress you ve made and be glad you didn't quit. -

#GAINING V/S #CUTTING
It is a tough process. You can't really decide in what areas you gain and in what areas you lose. To grow that #butt I was on a caloric surplus and in April I was going through a shoulder injury as well, so couldn't really workout and I gained a lot on my belly as well along with my butt. But then ofcourse, i had to get back in shape.. I started with a diet I have never followed before 9 days back and gosh, it's tough but you can see the progress. It's never easy for anyone. I told you I have a tendency to gain but I have the persistence as well to achieve what I want. It's really hard for me.But I anyway don't like things that are easy. Let's see if I am able to follow it for long! 👍🏻---------------------------------IMPORTANT-I am taking diet plans for the month of AUGUST and the slots have been opened now. Walking is currently a struggle but that's the beauty of it 😅 ***TOP TIP*** you know when you're doing a booty workout and everyone is telling you to SQUEEZE THAT ASS AT THE TOP? Well actually you should start squeezing the moment you begin to contract the muscle, don't wait till the very end, contract and skweeeeeeze till it burns all the way to the top. When next you do a kick back I'd like you to practice squeezing your glute slowly, you'll notice that as you do your leg actually does the motion. So don't swing your leg back and just push off your heels, squeeze your glutes and you'll feel it assisting the movements. It's all about that mind muscle connection Ya zimmieee *inserts RS meme*

24th Zulkaedah 1438H - Throwback last Saturday. Still seems surreal for me. 7 weeks @ 49 days I have before my first competition which it was still during raya time (not an excuse though but temptation is everywhere with all those open house invitations with lots of delicious food 🤣). I only doing cutting 18 days before the competition. Baru tahu rasanya macam mana nak buat cutting. Hazab! Mood swing habis. Belum lagi buat for 7 to 12 weeks hahaha. But this is the lightest I'm since 2010. 62kg with 13% fat percentage. It ain't easy to be the best, but nothing is impossible. Plant the dream and work hard for it! Pasang impian insyaallah ianya akan jadi kenyataan 💪🏻 •

Yesterday's egg fast day 2 and I literally ate the same thing as day one. AND GUESS WHAT?!! I'm done 6.6 lbs TODAY!! Water weight whatever it was I'm EGGSTATIC!!! Lmao! I'm so happy to be back on track. But sadly 😝😂I'll be transitioning back today instead of a full on day 3 not that I don't love eggs it's just, I got the head start I needed from the egg fast that I needed. Now, to be consistent so I could get closer to my goal 😩🙌 it's been a hard journey. Food has always been my drug, my outlet and now that I've adapted a new lifestyle I find some days it's hard to cope. But it's been so much more rewarding! .

; My breakfast and also my #postworkout fuel for the past 3 days now has been a personal take on the #basic avo × eggs on toast: mom's multi-whole grains bread, half an avocado, eggs × spinach omelet. And as you can see in the picture I couldn't resist a bite before taking it because let's be clear, mY HEART BEATS FOR EGGS AND CARBS ~💓💓

It's officially official. I'm teaching interval training classes every Wednesday and Thursday evening. I've had my personal trainer certification for the past 7 years and let life get in the way, but kept working harder and smarter everyday to reach my life goals. Keep dreaming and work hard for it because dreams eventually do come true.

My fave way to get extra nutrients to my already amazing shake is to add greens to it. 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱 Today's recipe is:

1 banana🍌
1 cup of berries🍓
10 oz. of water
A handful of spinach 🌱
1 scoop of tropical strawberry superfoods 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗 Sooooo delish! And I am filling in all the gaps that are missing in my system! #winning
