Today marks the anniversary of my first ever fitness show! This is where I found out I could push myself to all limits .. that I could eat more than chicken, carrot sticks, hot chips and pies 😂
This photo was taken back in 2015 since then I have competed in 8 fitness shows and loved every minute of it and after trying a few different federations found my home @wbff_aust 😍💖
From this day I knew that I wanted to be awarded my pro card and to compete against the best of the best. It’s a challenge I set myself and it’s the reason why I won’t give up even if it takes me 10 years.

.Foto dell'ultima settimana di agosto, l'abbronzatura fa il suo ma devo dire che questa è stata la prima estate dove sono riuscito a migliorare. Anche se di poco ho aumentato i volumi riuscendo a migliorare nella qualità e visto l'aumento di pasti liberi (1/2 al giorno) non posso che ritenermi soddisfatto!
Purtroppo continuo a vedermi male davanti e in questi mesi cercherò di migliorare e portarlo al livello estetico del back che è un mio punto 'forte' 🤔
Sul fattore posing lascio perdere, non fa per me, continuo a sfoggiare le mie pose storte e imbarazzanti ma sempre a testa alta 😜😂
