1. Get a salad! 🥗 Granted most gourmet salads aren’t actually that healthy, but ordering a salad makes you feel like you’re eating healthy which keeps you away from even unhealthier dishes.

3. Think Green! 🥦 Make vegetables the majority of your dish; they are good for you and will fill you up!
4. Keep it simple. Aim for a lean protein (grilled chicken, lean steak, fish, etc.), starch (baked potato, steamed rice, etc.), and veggies!
