Day 307 chest and back. Starting a new routine where I hit chest and back twice a week. Reason being is because I think my chest hasn't grown as much as I wanted it to yet. One day is gonna focus on strength while the other is gonna be higher reps. .

We know it is not quite realistic to always have “healthy” foods readily available and we don’t always want to take the time to cook. Here are some tips and tricks to help you navigate the restaurant menu in a way that won’t make you feel guilty! 🤗

1. Get a salad! 🥗 Granted most gourmet salads aren’t actually that healthy, but ordering a salad makes you feel like you’re eating healthy which keeps you away from even unhealthier dishes.
2. Steer clear of fried foods!
3. Think Green! 🥦 Make vegetables the majority of your dish; they are good for you and will fill you up!
4. Keep it simple. Aim for a lean protein (grilled chicken, lean steak, fish, etc.), starch (baked potato, steamed rice, etc.), and veggies!

Day 307 arms. Another intense arm workout. Followed @stevecook recent arm workout which consisted of high repetition and supersets. By the end of the workout I thought my biceps and triceps were going to explode. Finished off with a little bit of core work. .

As I was thinking about graduating tomorrow I remembered taking these pictures four and a half years ago saying that I wanted to be able to compare what I looked like then to how I would look when I graduated. I also remember thinking that I was extremely fit back then, as well as thinking that haircut was a good idea. Regardless I’m thankful for the changes that I have made, and am proud to know that I’ve come this far. The biggest thing that I’ve learned is that if you believe in yourself, and commit to what you want, you can get there. It won’t come tomorrow, or next week and you may not even realize that you’ve reached where you were aiming until you look back at where you started. Whatever it is you want, it can be yours if you decide to make it happen.

Don't try to meet anyone else's standards of how you should look. 2 - Buy enough food for all your meals for an entire week so that you don't have to run to the store every few days.

- Weighted Bicycle Crunches
- Weighted Knee Tucks/Suitcases/In&Outs
- Hanging Leg Raises
- Weighted Decline Sit-Ups

Any of these can be modified by simply using your own body weight. 💪🏽

Day 305 legs. Short unstructured workout today. Just went with the flow but kept up the supersets. Low back extensions into barbell glute bridges. Speed squats into db vertical jumps and db single arm snatches. Kept the tempo up and was sweating like no other. Basically a cardio workout in itself. .

Everything was supersets today. Incline barbell bench press into single arm rows. Cable rope lat pulldowns into incline dumbbell flys. Cable chest flys. Assisted pullups into pullovers. Finished with some core work. .
