➖ ⭐Ingredients⭐
⚪2 ounces cream cheese, softened
⚪1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
⚪2,5 cup white chocolate, coarsely chopped, divided
⚪0,25 cup pumpkin puree
⚪0,75 cup gingersnap cookie crumbs, plus more for garnish
⚪ 0,25 cup graham cracker crumbs, plus more for garnish
⚪1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
pinch of fine sea salt
➖ ⭐Instructions⭐
1️⃣In a large bowl, add cream cheese & confectioners' sugar and beat until creamy
2️⃣Melt the 0,5 cup of the white chocolate in a double boiler over medium-low heat or in the microwave for about 1 minutes
3️⃣Stir often to keep the chocolate from burning.
4️⃣Transfer to a large bowl, add pumpkin & beat until combined
5️⃣Add the gingersnap cookie crumbs, graham cracker crumbs, pumpkin pie spice & sea salt
6️⃣Beat until everything is combined
7️⃣Cover & chill until just solid enough to roll into balls, about 2 hours
8️⃣Shape mixture into balls (about 1 teaspoon per ball) by rolling a spoonful in the palm of your hand
9️⃣Place onparchment paper-lined baking sheets. Loosely cover & refrigerate for 15-20 minutes or until firm again
1️⃣0️⃣Melt remaining 2 cups white chocolate in small, deep bowl. (Its depth makes it easier for dipping the truffles)
1️⃣1️⃣Dip the pumpkin balls into the chocolate & place on parchment paper
1️⃣2️⃣Garnish with reserved gingersnap/graham crumbs before the chocolate sets up.
1️⃣3️⃣Let chocolate set, refrigerate & enjoy!
1️⃣4️⃣These can also be frozen for longer storage👌

Para las cookies he utilizado: 🍪 Un huevo
🍪 30 gr de harina de avena sabor Nutchoc de @max_protein ( en @pontemasfuerte )
🍪 30 gr de harina de avena neutra.
🍪 5 gr de aceite de coco.
🍪 Una onza de chocolate puro a trocitos.
🍪 Esencia de vainilla / flavour drops / edulcorante al gusto. Se mezcla todo en el bowl hasta que se integre bien. Hacemos bolitas finas, las ponemos en una bandeja con papel de horno y 15 minutos con el horno a 200º.
Fácil, sencillo y para toda la familia fit.

Comienza el día con ejercicio y tu desayuno favorito... con esto, el día jamás puede salir mal!!!

Ingredientes:
10 Tâmaras sem semente
Pasta de amendoim natural (sem açúcar) ou o recheio de sua preferencia
1 cs Oleo de coco
150 grs de chocolate acima de 70% cacau (eu usei 85%)
Nozes sem casca, ou a nuts de sua preferencia para decorar (usei amendoim)

Preparo:
Deixe as tâmaras na geladeira por uns 30 minutos, depois com uma faca, abra-as no meio, sem separar completamente os dois lados, recheia sua cavidade com a pasta de amendoim ou o recheio de sua preferência e reserve na geladeira.
Em um bowl coloque o chocolate e o oléo de coco e leve ao microondas por 1 minuto ou até derreter o chocolate, misture bem para ficar bem homogêneo. 😋
Usando um garfo mergulhe as tâmaras uma por uma no chocolate e as decore com as nozes por cima, leve a geladeira por 30 minutos. Depois é so curtir essa doçura

La cocina natural. Eco cocina? Jeje.
Unos tomates, ajo, cebolla, pavo (al ajillo), todo picado. Ponemos aceite a la sartén, echamos el ajo y la cebolla, cuando se dora añadimos el tomate y un chorrito de stevia para la acidez del tomate. Vamos removiendo y probando durante unos 40 min. En otra hoya ponemos pasta integral y pasta de espelta unos 8 min a hevir con perejil, aceite y sal. Una vez esto se junta todo y a DISFRUTAR!!!! OJU QUÉ DELICIA!
