⭐Zutaten für 12 Brownies⭐
⚪2 Eier
⚪30 g Zartbitterkuvertüre
⚪55 g Butter
⚪40 g Kakaopulver
⚪150 g Erythritol
⚪70 g Mandelmehl
⚪1/2 TL Backpulver
⚪1 TL Süßstoff
⚪1 Fläschchen Vanillearoma

⭐Zubereitung⭐
1️⃣Eier trennen und das Eiweiß steif schlagen. Die Kuvertüre klein hacken. Die Butter zusammen mit der gehackten Kuvertüre schmelzen. Zuerst das Kakaopulver unter die Buttermasse mixen, dann die restlichen Zutaten zufügen. Zum Schluss den Eischnee vorsichtig unterheben.
2️⃣Den Teig in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte Form streichen und im auf 170 Grad vorgeheizten Backofen ungefähr 20 Minuten backen⏳
3️⃣Lasst es Euch schmecken👨🏽‍🍳

Ingredientes:
10 Tâmaras sem semente
Pasta de amendoim natural (sem açúcar) ou o recheio de sua preferencia
1 cs Oleo de coco
150 grs de chocolate acima de 70% cacau (eu usei 85%)
Nozes sem casca, ou a nuts de sua preferencia para decorar (usei amendoim)

Preparo:
Deixe as tâmaras na geladeira por uns 30 minutos, depois com uma faca, abra-as no meio, sem separar completamente os dois lados, recheia sua cavidade com a pasta de amendoim ou o recheio de sua preferência e reserve na geladeira.
Em um bowl coloque o chocolate e o oléo de coco e leve ao microondas por 1 minuto ou até derreter o chocolate, misture bem para ficar bem homogêneo. 😋
Usando um garfo mergulhe as tâmaras uma por uma no chocolate e as decore com as nozes por cima, leve a geladeira por 30 minutos. Depois é so curtir essa doçura

Modo de Fazer:
Bata todos os ingredientes no liquidificador até que fique homogêneo.
Leve ao congelador durante 2 horas
Após isso ponha na geladeira e está pronto para tomar.

What are you gonna do today?🤔 Today is my #cheatday and I want to share my cheat meal ‘a juicy and mouthwatering portobello mushroom burger’ with you😍 Just ready in less than 30 minutes. Ingredients are super easy and full of flavor! keto low carb💯👌🏽

⭐Ingredients⭐
⚪2 large portobello mushrooms
⚪10 ounces 88 % lean beef (I used American Kobe Style)
⚪4 ounces grated cheddar cheese
⚪1 ounce fresh spinach finely chopped
⚪2 tablespoons grated Parmesan Cheese
⚪additional salt and pepper to taste

⭐Instructions⭐
⚪Preparation: Preheat the oven to 375F degrees. Remove the stems from the portobellos, chop finely and add to the ground beef. With a spoon, scrape out the gills on the underside of the mushrooms and discard. Chop the spinach and grate the cheese.
⚪Assembly: Season the mushrooms with a sprinkling of salt and pepper. Mix the cheddar cheese and spinach into the ground beef. (I used my hands. I also added 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.) Form two patties and press them onto the portobello mushrooms.
⚪Cook: Place the stuffed mushrooms on a small sheetpan or baking dish and cook for 20 minutes. Add the Parmesan cheese to the top of each and pop back into the oven to melt the cheese or under the broiler to brown it.
