Nudity house walks 1.0; still trying to learn how to flex both legs and don't look like a hungry monkey that's being teased by bananas 😂🐵. What I truly want to address to is one of the most frequent questions (or friendly hates) I receive:
HOW DA F*CK I'M FULLY FLEXIBLE WITH MY DIET!

Well, that was not always the case; when I stared this journey I was a hell more consistent and strict with my diet than I am right now. Even though I had some flexibility back then, the level of 'sacrifice' was much higher.

But once I put the effort in the beginning and achieve some decent results and more importantly muscle development then food flexibility sky rocketed.

You see bearing more muscle will cause your body to burn more calories for fuel and thus your maintenance level increases significantly.

So since I have much more calories to play with on a daily basis, I can more or less eat whatever I want and with the correct calibration have my results at the same time ;)

1️⃣ Sentadilla en polea. (3 series x 25 reps)
2️⃣ Peso muerto en polea. (3 series x 25 reps)
3️⃣Patada de glúteo en máquina. (3 series x 15 reps cada pierna)
4️⃣ Máquina de abducción para glúteo. (3 series x 15 reps)
5️⃣Hip thrust en máquina. (3 series x 15 reps)

💥Los dos primeros ejercicios y los dos últimos se hacen en superserie💥

Muy importante ir subiendo el peso en cada serie💪🏽

1️⃣Pájaros. (3 series x 15 reps)
2️⃣Elevación lateral. (3 series x 15 reps)
3️⃣ Arrancadas+push press. (3 series de 5 reps cada)
4️⃣ Press alterno con discos. (3 series x 10 reps)

¡CONSEJO! ➡Si queréis sentir que vuestros hombros arden realizar descansos cortos entre serie y serie🔥

Para sentir como tu abdomen 🔥, os dejamos este circuito que consta de 3 vueltas de 20 repeticiones cada ejercicio!

This is my body. This is what post pregnancy can look like for some women. Better angles, tighten my muscles I can show some of my abs, BUT I still have my beautiful excessive skin and wrinkles from my two kids. It’s there if I’m not squeezing my skin together, it’s there when I’m sitting down and it’s there when I’m standing up. Do some people women have none? Yes! Do some women have more? Yes! But this is how our bodies work! Angles, lighting, pictures, posture will all play into how it looks. Don’t be ashamed of your body, even if you want to fix it , it’s YOUR choice babes. 💕
