There are so many tools on the fitness market these days and sometimes it’s hard to decipher what is good and what is not. Today, we are going to work with mini bands. A great way to warm-up, add another element to your core routine, rehab from an injury or just get a quick workout in, mini bands provide a lot of bang for their buck. Grab one and let’s get to work.

Perform 10 reps of each exercise unless otherwise noted with little to no rest in between. Complete three rounds.

Complete day 11 of insanity, todays workout was extra difficult due to an injured hand. I had to modify and replace press-ups/triceps dips and anything that required weight on my hands with extra cardio.
I found the stretches weren’t to bad with one hand, my balance has improved no end.

Day 4 - I had a long day, got home late & to make things worse, my shoulders & back hurt so bad that I had a little fever but I persevered. I’m curious to know how I’ll manage tomorrow.
