1️⃣ 20 Sand Ball Burpee Slams (20 lbs)
2️⃣ 10 EL Reverse Lunge to Step (30 lbs)
3️⃣ 12 EA Alternating Bicep Curl (12.5 lbs)
4️⃣ 12 EL Side Step to Curl (25 lbs)
5️⃣ 12 EL Side Step to Leg Raise (25 lbs)
6️⃣ 15 Sumo Squat to Upright Row (25 lbs)
7️⃣ 12 Sumo Squat to Curl to Press (35 lbs)
8️⃣ 10 KB Sumo Squat (70 lbs)

#lunch deets 👉🏻: roasted cauliflower & broccoli sprayed with avocado oil (at 400° for about 25-30 mins) + grape tomatoes + sliced avocado + soft boiled egg (boiled for 7 mins and then thrown into an ice bath)

If you’d have told me that 5 months after knee surgery I’d be hiking up mountain with views of Mont Blanc, I’d have laughed at you. But today, along with @decathlonuk @aprettyplacetoplay @misswheezy1 @mylifemychallenges @lungesandlycra @helsieboo @paddlepedalpace, I completed a 5 hour hike up to 1,690m and down again. It’s #InternationalYogaDay and there are so many amazing events going on in celebration of the longest day of the year! Yoga used to be so intimidating when I first started practicing. I’m not flexible or limber at all (couldn’t touch my toes) and that’s exactly why I needed it. I truly believe it’s been a huge help in balancing all of my intense strength workouts and is how I like to mix up when I need a true mental break from work. Speaking of yoga, I’m ramping up for a really fun event tomorrow in @westvillage_dallas. A lot of love went into making this the best event yet complete with a Cardi B v Rihanna @silentrevolution_dfw yoga class by @deepellumyoga and a glow dance party featuring 3 live DJs, free salsa class, goodies, swags, games, drinks and so much more.
