Today was one of those days for me. Came up with a million reasons why I "couldn't go."

Finally told myself to get my butt outside with a #FitOnTheGo style workout instead since it wasn't too cold. Bargained with myself and gave myself permission to stop after one round if I still REALLY wasn't feeling it.
