New week, new goals.
I really need to get back on my water game, so I have bought a couple gallons and my goal is to drink one a day for the week. I could give myself a goal of doing this for a month, but that can be a bit ambitious. Yes that is the overall goal, but what I want to focus on and do Is to take this one week at a time. That way it doesn't seem as intimidating and daunting. And hey over time those weeks will add up and as long as I am consistent, I'll get there.
When setting up goals, start with small ones that support your overarching main goal. It's less scary and less likely to set yourself up for failure. Celebrate he small victories and you will reach your main goal in no time!
