βœ’ Ingredients
Wheat spaghetti
Carrots chopped
Bins chopped
Capcicum chopped
Garlic minced
Onion chopped
Chilli
White vinegar
Red chilli sauce
Kitchen king masala
Salt
Pepper
2/4 tea spoon olive oil
βœ’ Method
Boil the spaghetti carefully as don't make it too soft.rinse the water.then on the nonstick pan add the oil and pour the garlic.when u get the smell add onion followed by all the veggies. Sprinkle salt & Fry for 10 mnts well. Then mix the spaghetti with the veggies properly and add salt ,pepper,
Vinegar,red chilli sauce, kitchen king masala and freshly cut chilis.put it on oven for another 5 to 8 mnts. And it s ready to serve.u can add egg or Chicken or prawns according to ur choice.
P.S. make it in high flame through out..

I'm a hot mess lately. I have been to eating out a lot, working out less than normal, and I've put on about seven pounds in the past few weeks.

I told myself that after Greg got home I would allow myself a little room to relax and enjoy myself. Well, that time has come to an end. It's time I get back into it swing of things and continue dropping this weight. I'm so close to my ultimate goal, I can taste it!!

New week, new goals.
I really need to get back on my water game, so I have bought a couple gallons and my goal is to drink one a day for the week. I could give myself a goal of doing this for a month, but that can be a bit ambitious. Yes that is the overall goal, but what I want to focus on and do Is to take this one week at a time. That way it doesn't seem as intimidating and daunting. And hey over time those weeks will add up and as long as I am consistent, I'll get there.
When setting up goals, start with small ones that support your overarching main goal. It's less scary and less likely to set yourself up for failure. Celebrate he small victories and you will reach your main goal in no time!
