What a difference 3 years makes!

I started my health journey 3 years ago because, at 50 years old I needed to change the direction of my health!
When I started this journey, I was afraid - afraid to fail, afraid people would judge me, afraid of the work I would have to put in to take my life back! I was afraid to commit!

But I started! I committed!

I wasn't sure what I was doing but I put one foot in front of the other and 3 years later I still feel I'm the healthiest I've ever been!
If you haven't taken a REAL first step and committed to your health, I invite you to think about it! Think about your family, think about your friends and mainly think about YOU! Commit to changing YOUR health!

This is a #tbt post but I'm not looking back to where I was but forward to where I'm going! I won't forget where I was and what I learned!

Great Shoulder workout today with #teamrtn #rtnathlete #ifbbfigurepro @patricevfitpro
There is to many different methods we used to hit shoulders but they involved some isometrics, partial reps, supersets and we finished with Conditioning shoulders such as ropes and here in the video ball slams. Shoulders were fried by the time we did these ball slams and was a challenge just to lift the arms up lol. Always great motivation training with Patrice and if you don't know Patrice is owner of @sassyandclassyposing and a NPC Judge.
