My husband loves to make bread! He made this sourdough loaf yesterday, from his starter.
His starter is about 2 years old and he feeds it every week.
We have come to appreciate the benefits of homemade sourdough bread. Not the least of which is - sourdough is better for your gut health.
Knowing what goes into our bread is important. Don’t misread this - we still FAIL miserably sometimes and eat store bought bread but we are working to get better at eating stuff we make.
I still am waiting for him to make sourdough donuts because - we’ll, you know me and donuts!

I love to cook and eat! I could never live on a diet of bland grilled chicken, steamed veggies and salad, like so many trainers suggested I do if I wanted to get lean.
Nope, can’t do it. 🤦🏼‍♀️
Where I do believe you need to a eat clean and healthy diet based on proper proportion. It DOES NOT have to be boring and bland.
Our local pizzeria makes this dish and I love it...but it’s fried breaded chicken and I’m sure made with an abundance of fat.
Made this version super delicious and believe it or not very healthy and portion controlled.
Combine this with my daily 30 min workouts and I found a win win combo. 💁🏼

Second 405 single... A little bit of grinding but I think it was deep enough.

ᔕᖇIᖇᗩᑕᕼᗩ ᑕᕼᗩ ᑕᕼᗩ ᑕᕼIᒪI • 1 lb lean ground beef
• 2 red peppers chopped
• 3 stalks of celery diced
• 1/2 an onion diced
• 2 cups sliced mushrooms

Put all veggies in a pan and cook until soft, add ground beef and brown.
Add:
• 28oz can of low sodium diced stewed tomatoes • 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp Sriracha Chili Sauce

Let simmer for 20 mins
Top with cheese
