Our over 50’s classes are underway and we have an awesome bunch of people lifting, boxing, balancing and getting their heart rate up in the hope of becoming a healthier version of themselves!
By incorporating a range of different exercises in a circuit based format, your heart rate stays high and muscles stay under tension causing our clients to get the best possible results.
Exercise can do a lot for your body and as you start to age it doesn’t get any less important.
There are multiple benefits you could reap from getting out there and moving, and these are just a couple:
