Habit #4.......Her body is a temple. She eats like she gives a crap about herself. She realizes that donuts and fast food are actually NOT treats they are harmful substances that will wreak havoc on her body!. She also realizes that working out, getting fit, and eating healthy is more about doing your best to keep diseases away and keeping yourself together as you age, and less about the aesthetics.

We are responsible for caring for the blessings that Allah (swt) has given us and that includes our bodies. I know I need to better with acting like I'm grateful by taking better care of it.
