Your weight doesn't define you, and who you are is incredible. You are wonderfully made. Your Creator delights in the intricacies of you, and He is filled with joy when you live out your potential. But I don't believe humans were made to be out of shape and severely overweight. The care and consideration we put into our body DOES matter.
We’re only a few weeks from summer, friends. I don’t want you to dread swimsuit shopping or wearing shorts or tanks or trying to figure out how to wear spanx when it’s 100 degrees outside. Your weight doesn’t have to be something you always battle.
