Licuar en un blender o licuadora a tu gusto, de preferencia yo así me lo tomo sin colar. Es importante inmediatamente tomártelo y no guardarlo para después....Yo lo consumo con todos los pedacitos y pulpa aquí encontramos fibra de todos los nutrientes de nuestros veggies.

So I was going to do legs today. My knee starting being uncomfortable so I had to stick with arm workouts. 😔

Just a year ago I hurt my knee. Guess it's time to rest up so I don't cause an injury. Because not being able to do legs kills me (no pun intended) 😂.
